This broadband RF power module is suitable for driver of amplifier. It is also useful for amplifying low power of FM, VHF and UHF transmitter in the frequency range 50-500MHz. RF output power can be adjusted by lowering the supply voltage or with a bias trimmer. For work with this amplifier module, some accessories need as a heat sink, power supply, filter and fans.
